    • If you don’t do this…you will be asking someone to buy before they are ready and you will not get the sale. This is one of the most common mistakes salespeople make.
    • Action Item: Take time to map out your customer journey from prospect to client and brainstorm some places where you can inject moments of “WOW!” to decrease resistance and increase acceptance.
