      • This is important because … because you will quickly help a prospect understand where they are and where they want to be in a visual form. The prospect feels understood and that’s when they buy.
      • If you don’t do this… you just end up doing your normal sales presentation. The prospect is unaware of their current situation and more importantly where they can go with your help.
